Spring Activities Around Grants Pass Oregon

Go for a hike, a mountain bike ride, or just take in the scenery.

Grants Pass has a lot to offer when it comes to hiking trails. The Cathedral Hills Trail system is located just outside the city and includes many loop trails and natural areas within its 400 acres of pine forest. This is a great place to bring your dog, or go mountain biking as well. The day use facility has parking at the trail heads and restrooms. Another scenic part only 16 miles from Grants Pass is Indian Mary Park. Known as the centerpiece of the Josephine County Park System Indian Mary offers day use with a moderate hiking trail, picnic area, large playground, a Disc Golf course and river access. One more gem is the Rainie Falls trail which follows the south side of the Rogue River to his destination at the Rainie Falls. It’s another moderate trail at 3.6 miles in length.
