Pet Friendly Redwood Hyperion Suites Supports the Rogue Valley Humane Society
March 1st, 2020
Did you know that here at the Redwood Hyperion Suites we have pet-friendly rooms? We feel it’s important that even your fur family members have a comfortable and relaxing place to stay here in beautiful Grants Pass, Oregon.
We also like to shine a light on local organizations who help animals. So this month, we’d like to tell you about our local Rogue Valley Humane Society.
About the Rogue Valley Humane Society
The mission of our local humane society is to envision a community where “every healthy, adoptable companion animal has a lifetime, loving home and all homeless animals receive the care and compassion they deserve until they are adopted by their forever family.”
In 1965, a small group of animal lovers started a rescue to give homeless, abused, and abandoned pets in Josephine County a safe haven. Thirty-five years later, the RVHC is still achieving their goal of improving the lives of animals. The current facility has capacity to house 14 dogs and 80 cats plus litters of puppies and kittens.
They receive no county, state or federal funds and rely solely on individual and foundation grants to carry out our mission. Please consider donating, volunteering, or getting your next furry family member from this awesome organization.
