Great mid-priced Motel

We need a handicapped accessible room. We have now stayed at the Redwood Motel 5 or 6 times, each a year apart. Their higher priced rooms with entry off of 7th street are truly lovely. Large with lots of space and a nice desk. There is a roll-in shower and very nice, heavy towels. It is also quieter than the rooms that open onto 6th street. It is an old motel from the early 50's, but nicely refurbished. Nice continental breakfast with both hot and cold options. Small outdoor pool and ample parking.

Sweet Retreat!

I was specifically looking for a nice room with a jacuzzi tub and not overpriced. After looking at several chain hotels in the area, I was pleasantly surprised to find several rooms here with just that and were a great price. The suite was beautifully decorated and as far as the pics of the other suites, they look nice too. Street and neighbor noise was low. Will definitely be a go to hotel for us and family.

Excellent Stay

I travel a lot and am really used to chain hotels, and once in a while will end up at a small town hotel like this, and although often charming, they generally don't quite measure up to the chains in some ways. I was really pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It's GREAT! It has a great lodge feel, but wasn't lacking on anything. And the room was abnormally spacious! I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The room was immaculate, and the staff was great. Well done!
