Every year thousands of people visit Grants Pass to spend some time as a Rogue River Adventurer. Enjoy a famous Hellgate Excursion Trip and take a jet-propelled ride along the river. For those looking for something more on the wilder side, the river offers white water rafting and the popular Orange Torpedo Trips. Take in the beautiful scenery of Southern Oregon. Try the Rogue River Blue, it’s the finest blue cheese in the world. Just 40 miles south of Grants Pass in Medford Oregon is one of the ever popular Harry & David Stores. Catch a glimpse into the colorful history of this rugged area through the stories of the pioneer settlers at the Applegate Trail Interpretive Center. Their annual Applegate Wagon Trail reenactment is a local favorite. Visit the House of Mystery at the Oregon Vortex and see a place where the improbable is the commonplace and everyday physical facts are reversed.
