Our NEW Hyperion Event Center is now open. Our new event room is now located in a separate building next to the Hyperion Suites. Our NEW Event Room is the perfect spot to host your wedding, party, business meeting, or other special event. The Event Room includes a spacious main room, small kitchenette area, a brides room or staging area, and ample parking. Our Event room has a capacity of 100 occupants with full table and chairs setup or 218 occupants for standing room only.
Rental of our Event Room includes access to:
1. Ten 60″ Diameter Round Tables and Four 6ft Rectangular Tables
2. One writing desk and one podium
3. Chairs for up to 100 occupants
4. Kitchenette area including a full fridge and large sink.
5. 80″ Flat Screen TV with Marantz Audio system, Wireless mic, and Blue Ray DVD Player. Audio includes control of the outside speakers surrounding the Event Center and Pavilion area. *Laptops must use HDMI connection for the sound system. Audio system also supports iPods and other mp3 players. Wireless internet access. Please contact the Front Desk for more information.
6. The Hyperion Waterfall and Pavilion including a fire pit, picnic table and Bar-B-Que area.
7. All day access to the Event Center on the day of your event allows ample time for setup and clean up
